Experience the Ultimate eBike Adventure in Estes Park
Pete Averson
Estes Park is the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park, and our eBike tour lets you experience this mountain town and its stunning surroundings in a way that's impossible by car.
The Town of Estes Park
We begin in downtown Estes Park, a charming mountain town at 7,522 feet elevation. Your guide will share the town's history, from its founding by Joel Estes in 1859 to its transformation into one of Colorado's most beloved tourist destinations. The eBike's pedal-assist makes the altitude feel like nothing.
Lake Estes
We ride the paved trail around Lake Estes, a beautiful reservoir surrounded by mountain peaks. On a clear day, you can see Longs Peak (14,259 feet) reflected in the water. Keep your eyes peeled for elk — Estes Park is famous for its large elk herds that roam freely through town.
Stanley Hotel
No tour of Estes Park is complete without a stop at the iconic Stanley Hotel. Built in 1909, this grand Georgian Colonial hotel inspired Stephen King to write "The Shining" after a stay in 1974. Your guide will share the hotel's fascinating (and slightly spooky) history.
Fall River Road
We'll cruise along Fall River, following the crystal-clear mountain stream past historic cabins and towering ponderosa pines. The scenery is absolutely spectacular, especially in fall when the aspens turn gold.
Wildlife Viewing
Estes Park is one of the best places in Colorado for wildlife viewing. On our tours, we regularly spot:
- Elk (especially during the fall rut in September-October)
- Mule deer
- Big horn sheep
- Various birds of prey
The Ride
The Estes Park tour covers about 10 miles over 2.5 hours. While the terrain is hillier than our city tours, the eBike's pedal-assist makes it accessible to riders of all fitness levels.
Come experience the magic of Estes Park on two wheels!
